A Schuylkill County woman is facing a charge of retail theft.

State police at Schuylkill Haven have charged Brandy Darrow, 36, of McAdoo, for an incident at the Kohl's Department Store, in the Fairlane Village Mall, in Norwegian Township.At 3:33 p.m. Wednesday Darrow was observed by store security removing shoes from boxes and concealing them in her cart along with a shirt. She then left the store without paying for the items.She was arraigned by on-call District Judge Anthony Kilker, of Shenandoah, and was released on $15,000 unsecured bail.
