State police at Lehighton said troopers responded to 425 Hahns Dairy Road, Palmerton, in Lower Towamensing Township, at 9:42 a.m. on April 30 for a report of a harassment.As a result of an investigation Belinda Heller, 43, and Matthew Steinmetz, 33, both of Palmerton, were both cited for harassment.
