A New Jersey resident is facing a charge of criminal trespass following an incident that occurred on Sunday, May 4, at 12:21 a.m.

State police at Lehighton said Zbigniew Pluta of Garfield entered the property of Aneta Handago of Plantation Drive, Franklin Township, without her permission.
