A Tamaqua woman has been cited following an incident at the Fegley Mini Mart in Tamaqua on April 1.

According to reports, Lori Ann Wagoner, 44, entered the convenience store at 1:47 a.m. to use the ATM. She asked the store clerk a question, but apparently didn't hear or like the woman's answer. Wagoner then began yelling and cursing at the clerk. When another clerk asked her to leave, she began cursing and screaming at her, then began walking toward her. Another woman, who accompanied Wagoner, convinced her to leave as store personnel called police. They left in a Chevrolet truck.Police were able to identify Wagoner after reviewing surveillance video. She was cited for disorderly conduct and harassment.
