State police at Fern Ridge are investigating a cruelty to animals incident.

Troopers said a bag containing the remains of multiple birds, a Voodoo doll, loose change, and a mouse trap, were found in front of Gower's Funeral Home, 1426 Route 209, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, at 12:32 p.m. on Monday, May 5.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-646-2271.
