A Schuylkill County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred on April 30.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said the owner of Stump's Garage, located in Pine Grove Township, reported a theft in progress about 5 p.m. The victim reported seeing a black Dodge Durango leaving the property with about $1,600 worth of wheels and tires. The victim chased the vehicle and obtained a description.As the result of an investigation, a search warrant was secured for the residence of Bradley L. Merwine, 35, of the village of Donaldson, Frailey Township. All the property stolen was located at Merwine's residence.He is facing theft and receiving stolen property charges, troopers said.
