A Tamaqua man was cited on April 24 after repeatedly trespassing on Fegley Mini Mart property at 30-32 Center St., Tamaqua.

Jermaine L. Davis, 40, of 101 W. Rowe St., Tamaqua, had been officially warned on April 23 that he was not permitted on the premises. The next day, he returned to the store at 9 a.m. and an employee called police. Officers gave Davis another warning.In less than 30 minutes, Davis was back at the scene.He was arrested and cited for defiant trespass.
