Barbara Fatzinger, a Lehighton High School senior, has won a scholarship to the Governor's School for the Arts, which is sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the Intermediate Unit.

Miss Fatzinger will attend the School for the Arts at Bucknell University from July 8 through Aug. 11. Her selection was announced last night during a special meeting of the school board and board members agreed to send a congratulatory letter in noting her achievement.
