Trinity Lutheran Church, 175 S. Third St., Lehighton will hold First Saturday worship service at 5 p.m. with Holy Communion. The Rev. Michael Frost, pastor of Zions Stone Church, New Ringgold, will preside.Sunday worship with Holy Communion is at 9 a.m. Interim pastor, the Rev. Guy R. Grube, will preside. Synod of the ELCA Bike for World Hunger will be held at the Bob Rodale Fitness and Cycling Park, Trexlertown, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 17. Members of Trinity are participating, and welcome others to bike, walk, run, Rollerblade, or cheer. Contact the church office for sponsor forms.Faith-Paced Walkers Club formsThe Faith-Paced Walker's Club will begin walking every Tuesday and Thursday morning, through June 19 at the Lehigh Canal Park in Weissport.Registration will be from 7:30 to 8 a.m. and the walk will begin promptly at 8:15 a.m.Walkers will walk at their own pace for as long as they want, but must be back at the pavilion by 9 in order to be eligible to win prizes.For additional information call 610-377-5395.Bethany ChurchBethany Evangelical Church, North Street, Lehighton will hold a 10:45 a.m. Sunday worship with interim pastor, the Rev. Marlin Lafferty. Sunday school classes meet at 9:30 a.m. for all ages including adult Bible study class. Kid's Club for children kindergarten through fourth grades meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
