The violation occurred on April 7 between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.SpeedingJason Amorim, 30, of 711 E. Princeton Ave., Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on April 18 at 2:45 p.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.A citation was issued to Hunter Roberts, 19, of 500 Gun Club Road, Palmerton, for speeding. The violation occurred on April 18 at 11:45 a.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Michael Quinn, 33, of 960 Fairyland Road, Lehighton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on April 25 at 5:50 a.m. on Route 248 east.A citation was issued to Joseph Inzillo, 22, of 306 E Fell St., Summit Hill, for speeding. The violation occurred on April 19 at 12:23 p.m. on Route 248 west.Mandy Laybourn, 39, of 354 N. Fourth St., Lehighton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on April 23 at 5:51 a.m. at Delaware Avenue and Second Street.A citation was issued to Jarred Marshall, 21, of 30 Debbie Road, Northampton, for speeding. The violation occurred on April 23 at 5:51 a.m. at Delaware Avenue and Second Street.Nathan Haydt, 22, of 100 Wintergreen Road, Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on April 24 at 5:25 a.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Citations were issued to Jacob Hughes, 22, of 5022 Washington Ave., Whitehall, for speeding and driving under suspension. The violations occurred on April 17 at 5:33 p.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Vehicle violationAdam Ressler, 23, of 735 Columbia Ave., Palmerton, was cited for expired inspection. The violation occurred on April 17 at 10:34 a.m. at Third Street and Delaware Avenue.A citation was issued to Cameron Cruz, 20, of 4826 Maple Drive, Walnutport, for expired inspection. The violation occurred on April 23 at 7:01 p.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Possession of drug paraphernaliaCriminal charges were filed against Damen Rice, 25, of 330 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver. The incident occurred on March 6 at 8:35 a.m. at the above address.Traffic violationTiffani George, 24, of 385 Hickory Road, Palmerton, was cited for stop signs and yield signs.
