A Schuylkill County man is facing a charge of harassment following an incident that occurred about 3:05 p.m. on Sunday, April 27, along Wylam Street in West Mahanoy Township.

State police at Frackville said David Halaburda, 50, of Frackville, reported that Thomas Petrousky, 53, also of Frackville, punched him in the head. Charges will be filed.
