State police at the Fogelsville barracks said they charged a 17-year-old boy with harassment after an incident at 10:29 a.m. April 23 at the Lehigh Learning and Achievement Center in Lowhill Township.

Police said it is alleged the boy shoved a 33-year-old Allentown man and attempted to punch him.
