Someone stole a rifle during a burglary at a Ross Township home between 5:30 a.m. April 14 and 10 p.m. April 16 according to state police at the Lehighton barracks.

The victim is James Lewis Stagnito, 20, of 201 Vista Circle, Saylorsburg.Police said someone entered the residence through an unlocked door and removed the rifle, fleeing the scene in an unknown direction.
