An elderly Monroe County woman has been charged with retail theft.

State police at Fern Ridge said Ilse A. Ostner, 70, of Kresgeville, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. April 17 at Kinsley's ShopRite, 107 Kinsley Drive, in Chestnuthill Township.Ostner is accused of taking $72.92 worth of merchandise from the store without paying for it.
