A Tamaqua woman facing shoplifting charges has had her bail reduced and is out of jail, but must abide a number of conditions.
Christine C. Ritter must live at 305 Race St., and may not move without permission from the court. She also must not possess alcohol or drugs, and must attend all of her court proceedings, Schuylkill County Judge John. E. Domalakes ruled.On April 11, Domalakes reduced Ritter's bail from $5,000 percentage bail to $5,000 unsecured bail. Ritter was arrested on Oct. 7, 2013, and faces retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft.
