A Monroe County woman is facing a charge of harassment following an incident that occurred at 9:27 a.m. on Wednesday at 2136 Hill Road in Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said Lynn Wassel, 52, of Reeders, went to the above-stated address to shut off the electricity. Lauri A. Schmidt-Ramirez, 50, of Effort, would not allow Wassel to leave the property by banging on her vehicle with her hands, shouting at Wassel, and blocking the exit from the property with her vehicle.
