A Monroe County man has been charged in connection with a break-in at a county residence.

State police at Fern Ridge charged Robert Goritski, 30, of Kresgeville, with burglary and criminal trespass.According to troopers on April 11, at 9:22 a.m. Goritski and another suspect allegedly broke into the residence of Renee MacKenzie, 64, of 308 Westbrook Road in Effort, Chestnuthill Township. The two fled the home when an audible alarm went off, troopers said.
