Rush Township police took John Simonson, 19, of Lansford, into custody on April 10 on an arrest warrant issued by Carbon County officials.

Simonson is facing charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Carbon County Prison in Nesquehoning.
