Tamaqua police have cited Jesse Michael Lincovich, 32, who uses several Tamaqua addresses, following a domestic incident on April 13.

Police were dispatched to 76 hunter St. at 10 a.m. for a reported domestic incident. At the scene they spoke with Lincovich's former girlfriend, who said her former boyfriend came to her house that day with his three children.She said it was his weekend to have the kids, but he returned early. An argument began, after which two of the children went inside the home.Lincovich attempted to follow them but was denied entry. According to the woman's statement, her foot was injured when he tried to force his way inside.Lincovich left the scene before officers arrived. Police were unable to locate him, issuing a citation for harassment to be delivered by mail. A records check indicated there is a warrant for Lincovich's arrest, issued by the county domestic relations agency.
