Joseph Hnat, a former member of Coaldale Borough Council, was recently honoredby the Pennsylvania State Associationof Boroughs. Hnat was presented the "Cecil K. Leberknight Award" during the 2014 PSAB conference in State College. The awardis given to borough officials who havecompleted 10 or more years of service.
