Two people were cited by Slatington police early Tuesday following a disturbance.

Police responded to 412 Chestnut St. at 12:19 a.m.As a result of an investigation, police charged Jessica Miller, 31, and Desmaric Lipsky, 32, both of that address, with harassment by physical contact.
