State police at Fern Ridge are investigating a theft from vehicle incident.

Michael James Luckenbill, 22, of Nesquehoning, reported someone smashed the driver's side window on his car while parked at a pull-off on Route 903 just north of the turnpike in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, and removed a radar detector and a cellphone charger. The items had a total value of $40.The incident occurred sometime between April 4 and 6, troopers said.
