State police at Lehighton reported investigating a scattering of rubbish incident at occurred in Monroe County.

Delbert A. Zacharias, 73, of 160 Scenic Drive in Kunkletown, Polk Township, reported someone deposited a bag of garbage in his driveway on Monday, April 7, between 8 and 10 a.m.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 610-377-4270.
