The death of a 10-week-old female child in Northampton County on Friday remains under investigation.

On April 4, about 10:20 p.m., Lehigh Township Police responded to an ambulance assist at 3882 Banyan Drive, Danielsville, for the child, who was not breathing.Upon arrival, police found two people, identified as Dawn and John Plokhooy, same address, performing CPR on the infant.Police assisted with CPR until medical personnel arrived at the residence.The child was transported to Lehigh Valley Muhlenberg Hospital at 11:15 p.m., where she was pronounced dead.
