A Monroe County woman has been charged with retail theft.

State police at Fern Ridge said Jenna Crisman, 29, of Saylorsburg, entered Kinsley's Shop Rite, located in Chestnuthill Township, at 5:41 p.m. Monday and took $29.98 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
