A Monroe County man is facing charges following a reported burglary.

State police at Lehighton alleged that Jim Akers III, 21, of Polk Township, took an Xbox from the residence of a 26-year-old male who resides at 3043 Pleasant View Drive in Polk Township sometime between 1 and 5 p.m. on April 5, and then sold it to a 25-year-old male, also from Polk Township.Troopers said Akers was charged in connection with the incident. The Xbox is valued at $120.
