A Schuylkill County man is facing charges.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Paul Fennell, of Tower City, issued a check to Robert Kopenhaver, of Spring Garden, York County, that was not honored by the drawee.Troopers said a bad check count is pending against Fennell.
