A Monroe County man is facing a charge of theft of mislaid property.

State police at Fern Ridge said Cyril Munford, 38, of Saylorsburg, has been charged for an incident at Kinsley's Shop Rite, located in Chestnuthill Township.Troopers said on March 28 at 7:29 p.m. Donn Chandler Innes, 59, of Long Pond, selected to have distributed to him at a self-checkout a $20 bill. Innes forgot to take the bill and it was then taken by Munford.
