A Tamaqua woman has been cited after her dogs damaged a neighbor's property.

Laura Budd, 55, of 431 Glenwood Ave., Tamaqua, failed to keep her dogs on a leash or confined to her premises this past Sunday afternoon. The Saint Bernard and German Shepherd reportedly caused $680 worth of damage to a neighbor's vehicle.Budd was cited under the leash laws.
