In the spirit of community collaboration and teamwork taught through youth sports, Fairway Chevrolet is supporting Valley East Little League and Weatherly Little League and Rentschler Chevrolet is supporting Northern Lehigh Softball through the Chevy Youth Baseball program. This sponsorships will include both monetary and equipment donations during the 2014 youth baseball season.

The program is a grass-roots initiative that establishes a positive relationship between local dealers and the communities they serve. Fairway Chevrolet is sponsoring Valley East and Weatherly and Rentschler is sponsoring Northern Lehigh as a part of Chevrolet's nationwide commitment to support youth sports, one community at a time. Over the course of the season, the dealerships will donate equipment to the league which may include equipment bags, baseballs, softballs, catcher's gear, batting helmets, ball buckets, umpire's equipment, coach's kits, breakaway bases, bat racks and first aid kits.Thanks to participating area Chevrolet dealers, youth baseball participants will have a chance to attend a youth clinic with a local professional baseball team.Richie Molinaro of Fairway Chevrolet and Greg Williams of Rentschler Chevrolet said they are looking forward to a great season with Valley East, Weatherly and Northern Lehigh.The 2014 program will provide assistance to 334 leagues in the northeastern region, and Chevrolet dealers will contribute nearly $600,000 in monetary and equipment donations.
