An East Stroudsburg man has been cited by McAdoo police after a traffic stop on March 1.

Police on patrol noticed a green Nissan Maxima bearing an expired license plate, then stopped the vehicle on Washington Street. When the driver, identified as Jordan Saied, opened the window, the officer noted a strong odor of marijuana coming from the inside.He admitted to smoking marijuana. He failed field sobriety tests. He is facing a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.
