MMI Preparatory School held an induction ceremony for students who joined the National Art Honor Society.

This is the third year for the MMI Chroma Chapter of the National Art Honor Society.During the induction ceremony, assistant head of school Charles Seidel welcomed guests, and art instructor Lisa Ferry explained the purpose of the art honor society.The guest speaker was Mark Dryfoos, an abstract mixed media artist who has created many drawings, paintings and pieces of sculpture. He also serves as MMI's tennis coach for the boys' and girls' tennis teams. Student Charles Bower played a piano piece to conclude the ceremony.Local students inducted into MMI's Chroma Chapter are Gabriellia Nunez Becker, daughter of Susan Becker, Lake Harmony, and Carolyn Brennan, daughter of Ailinn Brennan and Andrew Roberts, Jim Thorpe.Other inductees are Cassandra Bluth, Mountaintop; Keegan Farrell, Mountaintop; Sarah Jamack, Sugarloaf; Sara Lucas, Drums; Madison Luchi, Drums; Sonja Luchi, Whitehall; Medina Saeed, Mountaintop; and Joseph Synoski, Hazle Township.
