Mark Scheitrum, 27, of 507 Laurel Lane, Tamaqua, was cited in connection with an incident at Boyer's Food Market, 210 Cedar St., Tamaqua, on Friday.

Scheitrum allegedly shoplifted merchandise valued at $30.70. He was cited for retail theft.
