A Monroe County man has been charged with terroristic threats and related counts in which he allegedly pointed a loaded shotgun at another man.

State police at Lehighton said the incident was reported at 9:28 p.m. Friday at 787 Meixell Valley Road, in Saylorsburg, Ross Township.Troopers said Dwayne Riebel, 31, and Edward Blew, 33, both of Saylorsburg, got involved in a verbal argument which turned physical. Troopers said the investigation revealed that during the argument Riebel pointed a loaded double barrel shotgun at Blew. Blew fled the residence.Riebel was placed under arrest and charged, troopers added.
