A Tamaqua man received two citations following an incident at the Tamaqua Wine and Spirits Store on Thursday.

Nathaniel Davis Jr., 64, of 222 E. Broad St., Tamaqua, was cited for public drunkenness and scattering rubbish after officers were dispatched to the store at 141 N. Railroad St., Tamaqua. Davis was reportedly in a highly intoxicated state and threw an empty vodka bottle to the ground.
