A Schuylkill County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred about midnight on Thursday.

State police at Frackville said the incident occurred at 39 North St., in the village of Oneida, in East Union Township.Troopers said Melissa Kovalewski, 22, of Shenandoah; Brian Mensinger, 24, of Oneida, and Mallory Johnson, 21, of Nuremburg, got involved in a verbal argument that turned physical. Troopers say that Johnson, who was intoxicated, pulled the hair and struck the forehead of Kovalewski and then pushed and grabbed Mensinger tearing his shirt.Johnson will be charged with harassment, troopers said.
