State police at Fern Ridge reported investigating a theft from a vehicle, attempted theft, and a criminal mischief incidents.

The theft from vehicle occurred at 1610 Erie Court, Effort, Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.Christopher Lesoine, 41, of that address, reported someone removed loose change from his unlocked vehicle sometime between 10 p.m. Sunday, March 23, and 6:30 a.m. on Monday.Jeannine Saylor, 43, of 7 Rollingwood Trail, Saylorsburg, Chestnuthill Township, reported vehicles owned by her were rummaged through with nothing taken and no damages caused. The incident occurred sometime between midnight and 7 a.m. on Monday, March 17.Troopers said a post with house numbers and a solar light was damaged at 488 Sassafrass Way, in Jackson Township, Monroe County, sometime overnight of Sunday into Monday.Anyone with information concerning any of these incidents is asked to call troopers at 570-646-2271.
