A Monroe County woman has been cited for retail theft.
State police at Fern Ridge said that Kimberly Ann Rich, 24, of Effort, was observed by security cameras to have stolen an assortment of items totaling $500 in value from the Shop Rite store at 107 Kinsley Drive in Chestnuthill Township.The thefts occurred over a period from Nov. 20, 2013, to March 7.
