State police at Fern Ridge reported investigating the following crashes on Monroe County roads.

A one-vehicle crash was reported at 5:05 p.m. on March 11 along Jennifer Lane in Chestnuthill Township.Troopers said Christopher W. Kosar, 17, of Saylorsburg, was driving a 1999 BMW eastbound on Brian Lane and then made a left onto Jennifer Lane. While making the turn Kosar lost control of the car, which left the road and struck a mailbox along the berm.After impact with the mailbox the car continued on and struck a tree with the right side, where it came to rest.A passenger, Thomas J. Santoro, 18, of Effort, was injured and taken to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, by West End ambulance.Kosar and another passenger, Robert Santoro, no age given, of Effort, were not injured.Troopers cited Kosar for driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed.A one-vehicle crash occurred about 7:01 a.m. on March 17 along Rinker Road in Jackson Township.Troopers said Anthony Garcia, 28, of Stroudsburg, was driving a 1997 Chevrolet Monte Carlo when it rolled over and struck a fence along the berm. Garcia was not injured.He was cited for driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed.
