A Schuylkill County man has had an arrest warrant issued for his arrest by authorities in Lehigh County while his alleged co-defendant in a retail theft case is in custody.

State police at Fogelsville said Michael Anthony Kline, 42, of Reading, and Mark Allen Koles, 46, of Schuylkill Haven, entered the Wal-Mart store at 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, about 3:50 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19, to steal baby formula valued at $182.Kline was arrested at the scene. It was learned that he was wanted by two other agencies. A further investigation revealed that Kline was in possession of suspected heroin and associated drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the county prison in Allentown awaiting arraignment.Koles fled the store before the arrival of troopers with the stolen items. An arrest warrant has been requested for Koles, troopers added.
