Shannon Phillips, daughter of Karen Phillips of Lansford and Todd Phillips of Weatherly, has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Shannon is a 2012 graduate of Panther Valley High School. She is a sophomore majoring in criminology. Her GPA for the fall semester was a 3.61.She is the granddaughter of Dave and Roberta Spence of Lansford and the late Christine Phillips of Summit Hill.
