A Tamaqua man is facing charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief after an incident at the Hometown Commons Wal-Mart on March 5.

Ronald W. Musselman, 30, allegedly entered the store at 12:38 a.m., and then proceeded to smash a display case and steal merchandise valued at $359.
