Domestic incidents lead to charges

Two separate domestic incidents in Schuylkill County have led to charges pending against three individuals.

The first incident was reported about 12:05 a.m. Monday at 703 Altamont Blvd., at the Roadway Inn in West Mahanoy Township.Troopers said a verbal argument between Sean Patrick O'Donnell, 45, and a 45-year-old female, both of Frackville, turned physical. The two had been arguing throughout the day, troopers said. The incident escalated while the female was lying in bed and O'Donnell began another verbal argument.O'Donnell then jumped onto the bed and on top of the victim pinning her down. He then proceeded to strike her multiple times in the face causing redness and swelling.O'Donnell then grabbed her around the neck in a choking maneuver and stated, "I will bash your head in and kill you."While doing this, O'Donnell head-butted the female, and began kneeing the victim in the groin area as well as the legs, causing redness and swelling in these areas as wellO'Donnell fled the scene before the arrival of troopers. He will be charged with simple assault, terroristic threats, and harassment, troopers added.The second incident was reported at 12:06 a.m. Saturday at 17 Water St., New Philadelphia, involving Cherie Lee Breisch, 41, of Saint Clair, and Jason Dennis Theodore Williams, 41, of that address.Troopers arrived on scene and were told by Breisch that she and Williams, her boyfriend, returned from a bar in Saint Clair and had a verbal argument which turned into a physical confrontation. Breisch stated during the argument Williams punched her once in the right eye. Williams told troopers that Breisch was highly intoxicated and came after him while he was in bed and he was just trying to get her off him.Troopers said Williams was arrested for simple assault and Breisch was cited for harassment.
