A Delaware state woman was arrested Monday, March 10, by state police at Schuylkill Haven, after making a false report that she had been kidnapped.

Troopers said at 11:57 a.m. Terry Snyder, 45, of Wilmington, called the Schuylkill County Communications 911 line and said her boyfriend had kidnapped her.As a result a lengthy search for the vehicle identified by Snyder was conducted between Pottsville city limits and the Berks County line near Hamburg. The vehicle was eventually located at the Wawa store along Route 61 in Tilden Township, Berks County.After conducting an investigation it was determined that Snyder was never kidnapped. She was charged with disorderly conduct, troopers said.
