The SUV continued on Blaine Street, crossed in to Kline Township and turned on to Tresckow Road before stopping in a private driveway.Craig admitted knowing his license had expired but claimed he had filed an appeal. In addition to driving with an expired license and the fleeing and eluding charges, the officer observed several cracks in the vehicle's windshield, directly impairing the driver's view, and a completely obscured license plate.
