The Borough of Tamaqua's Street Department will continue removing snow from selected streets this Thursday and Friday.

Thursdays' schedule will include: Rolling Mill Avenue, Rose to Biddle; East Elm Street, Elizabeth to end.The streets scheduled for Friday will include: Elm Street, Pine to Washington; Vine Street, Pine to Lincoln; High Street, Nescopec to Swatara.Streets will be posted the day before snow removal operations are to begin. Workers may start anytime after 12:01 a.m., so motorists should be aware any parked vehicles will be subject to ticketing and towing.Schedules depend on work and weather conditions and are subject to change.
