State police at Fern Ridge are investigating the theft of a motorbike from a Monroe County residence.

Karen Sue Zacharias, 335 Brushy Lane, Jackson Township, reported her 2004 yellow Suzuki DRZ125 was removed from the side of her home about 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 2.Troopers are also probing a criminal mischief incident.Ricardo M. Garcia, 224 Wintergreen Court, Jackson Township, reported someone attempted to pry open the passenger side door on his 1999 Ford Escort. The incident occurred sometime between 3 and 5:35 p.m. on Feb. 26.Anyone with information concerning either incident is asked to call troopers at 570-646-2271.
