Thank Christians for recovery

Dear Editor,

I am so glad to have the opportunity to respond to Letters from Readers, especially when my friend Joseph is still writing. Joseph, the Freethinker! Isn't it amazing how in spite of this man's denial, God is with him all the way. (Incidentally, Jesus' earthly fathers' name was Joseph).I also think it was providence by God that he should go to St. Luke's (one of Jesus' disciples, the physician) Miners Memorial Hospital, where the majority of employees are probably Christian! Thanks to them, Joseph had a speedy recovery. He also mentioned fear; something that Jesus and Luke both addressed and Jesus is still handling fear today in everyone's life.No...Joe, (May I call you Joe? I feel we are becoming friends through these columns) I don't like to rebut anyone, just witness for Jesus whatever I can. I don't want to take up a lot of space disputing the other nonsense, so I will get to the point. Joe, were your children who traveled two hundred miles to be with you on (are you ready for this?) CHRISTMAS, there to celebrate our holiday? n closing, thanks Maxine for staying with Joe, and perhaps you can mention to him that a lot of people are praying for him. Thanks. In Christ,Richard M.
