A Carbon County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence in Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said John Andrews, of Palmerton, is facing charges after police responded to the area of 2817 Radnor Drive, Lower Macungie Township, about 2:24 p.m. on Feb. 1 to a report of an intoxicated male.It was learned that Andrews was under the influence and operating a vehicle. He was placed under arrest and charged, troopers said.
