State police at Frackville cited a Schuylkill County man after he was involved in a traffic accident on Monday, Feb. 17, in New Castle Township.

Domian M. Natividad, 63, of Frackville, was traveling north on SR61 at Dark Water Road, when his car veered off the road and struck a guide rail, located on the east shoulder. The impact damaged the car's engine.Police said Natividad was wearing a seat belt and was not hurt. His car was towed from the scene.He was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
